Enrique Martinez & Sons Ltd was founded in 1976 by refrigeration engineer Enrique Martinez. Initially the retail store focused on refrigeration equipment, and soon added tires and auto accessories to the mix.
Mr. Martinez retired in 1987, leaving the company in the hands of his son Arturo Martinez and daughter Ninette Martinez Kelly. In 1991, under the leadership of Mr. Arturo and Ms. Ninette, the company relocated to 2 Miles Philip Goldson Highway in Belize City, where it's main office and retail store are currently located.
The Company later expanded its product range to include air conditioning systems, ac parts, tools and lubricants.
